Products on Open Bridge Market (the "Service") are sold by TRIPLEX LLC (the "Seller of Record"). The Service is operated by Open Bridge Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (the "Operator").
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, we will refund the full amount you paid, for any reason.
2. How to request a refund
Send us your order number and a refund request through the inquiry form or by email ([email protected]). A reason is optional, but it helps the product's creator improve.
3. Refund method and timing
- Refunds are made through Stripe to your original payment method (card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). We do not refund in cash or by bank transfer.
- We normally process refunds within 5 business days of receiving your request. It usually takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
- If you paid in a foreign currency, the refund is converted at the exchange rate applied by Stripe, so the amount on your statement may differ from the original charge. Neither the Seller of Record nor the Operator is responsible for exchange-rate differences.
4. Subscriptions
- The 30-day guarantee applies to your first payment for each subscription product.
- A renewal payment may be refunded if you request it within 7 days of the renewal date and have not used the product since the renewal. Otherwise, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period with no pro-rata refund, and you keep access until then.
5. After a refund
A refund cancels the purchase, and your right to download and use the product ends. Please delete any downloaded files and stop using the product.
6. When we may decline a refund
- The request is made more than 30 days after purchase (unless a refund is required by law).
- You have already received a refund for the same product.
- We find abuse of this policy (for example, repeated purchases and refunds, or copying or redistributing the product).
- Your account has been suspended for violating the Terms of Service.
7. Effect on Sellers (for Sellers)
When a refund is issued, the Seller's share of that order (80% of the price) recorded in the Seller's Stripe balance is reversed through Stripe Connect. The platform fee (20% of the price) is also returned to the buyer. Because Seller earnings are paid out to the Seller's bank account 31 days after the purchase date, the reversal normally happens before the payout.
